1/ How can I order a product from the store?
After entering your Dark store and browsing the displayed products, you can choose the product you wish to purchase through

Or by clicking on “Finish Purchase” if you have finished shopping.

Then log in to Dark Store by entering your email address and password.

While you are a new user in the store, create a new user account by clicking on the “

Then enter your first and last name, email, correct mobile number and password.
Finally, agree to the terms and click Continue and you will be successfully registered. Then click on the basket and complete the order.

2/ I paid for the purchases, what next?

3/ I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment to arrive?

4/ What if I receive a product other than the one I ordered from the store or a product with a manufacturing defect?
