Exchange and return

In our store, we are keen to satisfy all our customers’ desires as much as possible and provide the best possible shopping experience, so we allow you to return or exchange the products you received only according to the following conditions:

  • The replaced/returned product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging with all its accessories, and must not have been used, opened, or had the product’s packaging features changed.
  • The return will be approved after we receive the product and make sure that it is 100% intact and we can resell it to other customers. However, if its condition is not in accordance with the previous condition, the return will not be approved.
  • To inform us of the desire to return this product through one of the communication methods with us within 7 days from the date of placing the order or within 24 hours of receiving the product, whichever is longer.
  • The cost of shipping and delivery will be borne by the customer according to the city or country he is in, unless the products he received are damaged or contain a manufacturing defect (noting that all our products are original and 100% guaranteed)

How to return the amount It is done by sending a balance of the net value of the product after deducting any delivery fees, if any, so that the customer can use it in the future and purchase it through our website.

If the customer requests to cancel the order after paying by card without any valid reason and requests a refund, In this case, 4% of the amount paid will be deducted to cover the loss of the refund fees to the card payment company. If the product is shipped before the refund request, the shipping cost will also be deducted.
This process takes 2 to 15 business days for the returned product to reach us.

Complaints: You can submit a complaint to us using the communication methods shown on our website via WhatsApp, email, the contact form on the website, or via our Instagram account messages. You will be responded to within two business days and the complaint processing period is three business days.
