Shipping Policy
Your orders are shipped through specialized shipping companies to all countries of the world as specified in the shipping policy at a cost of 22 riyals for orders less than 99 riyals , and shipping is free if the order reaches 99 Saudi riyals or more.
- Expected period to receive the order: 5 - 14 working days.
- We cannot ship to multiple addresses.
- On average, packages are packed and shipped from our facilities 1-3 business days after purchase.
Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days for the goods to arrive from the factory to our warehouse. We require 1-3 days to process your order before it is delivered to our shipping units. Please be aware that peak shopping seasons and sales events may also impact processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.
We provide tracking numbers for every order we ship. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries regarding a lost delivery. We assure you that your order is in the package when we ship it.
