If your country is not listed during checkout, you can contact us to inquire about shipping availability.

·       Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

·       This period does not include weekends or public holidays.


3. Estimated Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on the destination country and the nature of the shipment:

·       Arab Countries: Usually between 7 to 14 business days.

·       Europe and the United Kingdom: Usually between 5 to 12 business days.

·       Rest of the World: Usually between 7 to 18 business days.

·       Shipping company overload

The store is not responsible for delays resulting from these circumstances.


5. Shipment Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it will be sent via email.

7. Incorrect Address

any reshipping or reprocessing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Missing Orders

If tracking data shows that the shipment has been delivered, the order is considered complete.

In case of suspected missing shipment,

·       You must contact us within 7 days from the last update date.

·       We will open an investigation with the shipping company before taking any action.


9. Unclaimed or Rejected Packages

If the customer refuses to receive the shipment or fails to pick it up from the shipping center,

·       A return fee may be charged.

·       or the order may not be eligible for a refund if it is not returned in its original condition
